| Özet |
| Purpose A sudden development can quickly have an impact on the tourism sector because of its fragile structure. There are likely to be employment concerns in such an industry. In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of intolerance of uncertainty on career anxiety and career change intention, as well as the direction and strength of this effect in accommodation business employees. Design/Methodology/Approach The questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative research methodologies, was used in the research. The questionnaire form was administered to 402 Antalya-based employees of accommodation businesses. On the obtained data, confirmatorys factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis were performed.
