| Özet |
| This study is intended to determine the awareness level of the parents on the benefits of the Physical Education Course in the Secondary Grade of the Primary Education Schools. The sample of this study consists of 130 parents whose children studied at Şehit Ümit Balkan Secondary School in the District of İzmit in the Province of Kocaeli in the 2015–2016 academic year. The study is carried out by using the survey method for the purpose of collecting any and all data. The data collected is calculated through package program SPSS 17.0. In respect of the analysis of the data, the frequency (N) and percentage (%) values which are the descriptive statistics for all of the independent variables are determined primarily.
