| This book has been prepared, by pursuing a scientific goal in the field of tourism and hotel management in order to create a resource for the academicians and sector representatives who conduct studies on the subject. The book consists of 24 chapters written by 26 different authors with doctoral degrees in tourism. The current issues in the book have been determined by taking into consideration the lack of resources in the field of tourism and hotel management and the latest research fields in the international literature. |
