| Özet |
| Sinop city is one of the cities where the cultural collection is highly rich and it is mainly because of it location near the sea. This makes it a stop-by for many cultures. Loincloth, which is especially identified with Blacksea region, and ucetek has been wore throughout many centuries at many counties and surrounding villages. The uceteks used ın the concept of the study are the ones wore at the region and it is still an ongoing tradition to wear these loinclothes. Loincloths whihc have a very important place in the traditional wearing are the subject of this study and they are examined. Especially wore at the Otttoman period uceteks are one of the most important parts of women wearing. The six uceteks examined ın the study are present at the Sinop Archeology museum basement.
