| Sugar beet, one of the most important sources of sucrose, is one of the strategic products of the agriculture-based industry in the world and in Turkey. This research was conducted in 4 replications in 2022 and 2023, according to the randomized block trial design, to examine the yield and quality parameters of some sugar beet varieties in the ecological conditions of Muş province. The plant material of the study consisted of Orthega, Molly, Ludmilla and Bernache sugar beet varieties. In the experiment, plant characteristics such as root length, leaf weight, root diameter, root weight, total plant weight, root yield, sugar yield, dry matter ratio and polar sugar ratio were examined.
