| Artificial intelligence (AI) and technology are increasingly being used in language teaching and learning, offering new opportunities for personalized and engaging experiences. However, as the use of AI becomes more widespread, there is a risk of losing the human touch and the essential role of teachers and social interaction in language learning. This chapter explores strategies for maintaining a human touch in EFL and ELT lesson plans, ensuring technology and AI are used in ways that enhance rather than replace human interaction and communication. |
