| In this study, it is aimed to reveal the mediation role of emotion regulation on the relationship between core-self-evaluation and personal sense of power. Core-self-evaluation perceptions of employees are seen among the sources leading to emotion regulation within the framework of social cognitive theory. It is thought that employees will have an idea about what they can and cannot do as their assessments towards themselves increase by means of core-self-assessment, in short their self-efficacy beliefs will develop and thus, they can organize their feelings in a positive or negative way. Besides their thoughts of personal sense of power depends on how they define themselves. Making sense on members of organization is seen as more powerful than a power depends on physical resources.
