| Özet |
| The aim of this paper is to reveal the relationship between the organizational toxicity behaviors perceived by individuals working in tourism enterprises and their perceptions and attitudes regarding the development of tourism. The survey technique used in quantitative research methods was used as a data collection tool in this study, which was conducted on the Sinop example. Frequency test, two independent samples t-test, variance test and correlation test were applied to the data obtained from 323 employees in tourism enterprises in Sinop. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the organizational toxicity behaviors perceived by the employees differ according to various variables. In addition, a weak negative relationship was found between perceived organizational toxicity and perception and attitude towards tourism development. |
