| Incorporation is becoming increasingly important for many reasons such as institutionalization, achieving set goals, growth, competition, benefiting from tax advantages, access to financial resources and branding. The aim of this study is to examine the change in corporatization in selected countries of the world and in Türkiye using the comparative analysis method by using statistical data between the years 2015-2021. Data were obtained from OECD Statistics, Eurostat, Statista, Turkish Statistical Institute (TSI), Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (UCCET) and other institutions. Incorporation and the number of companies in the world continue to increase in the last twenty years, except for 2020.
