Özet
Objective: Burnout syndrome, which is seen in individuals who work in close relationship with people in their job, is a syndrome that has three dimensions-emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment. Health staff is one of the occupational groups who are faced with burnout. The aim of our research is to determine burnout levels of health staff (midwife/nurse/health officer) working in Kirklareli State Hospital and the factors that affect them.Method: This study was carried out on 150 health staff including nurses, health officers and midwives in Kirklareli State Hospital during November, 2006. The sample study was composed of 107 staff members who agreed to participate in the research.
