| Purpose: Education plays a vital role in individual life; training and education are constantly employed for development, growth, skills, and knowledge. This study aims to identify and analyze employee satisfaction, personal growth, social cohesion, and poverty rates.Need for the study: In today's environment, education and training play a significant role globally; they will help reduce crime rates, get well-educated people involved in political processes, engage critical thinking, and make strong decisions for society and the nation.
