| Biomedical data is generated in large quantities every day not just by biomedical devices but also by hospital equipments and other resources as well as mobile devices. One of the new technologies that biomedical computing has been working on is called as “big data”. However, this large amount of data (big data) is rapidly disappearing since it is not usually used or stored for research purposes. Today, big data technology finds various application areas in research fields such as biomedical and healthcare services. Biomedical Informatics, as a subfield of biomedical research, is one of the favorite areas in where big data analyzes are frequently used.
