| Özet |
| In this study, the aim is to determine the effect of the digital learning material development process on university students' 21st-century competencies. Eighty-five university students voluntarily participated in the study, and the research was designed using a sequential exploratory design. Quantitative data were collected through achievement tests, while qualitative data were gathered using an interview form. Achievement tests were administered before and after an eight-week training program, and interviews were conducted at the end of the training sessions. Students were given various tasks during the training process. The obtained quantitative data were subjected to cluster analysis, while the qualitative data underwent content analysis.
