Özet
Undoped and nitrogen-doped ZnO (NZO) films have been prepared by the sol gel spin coating method. The nominal volume ratio of the N/Zn was 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%. and 10%. The influence of doping on the optical, structural and morphological properties of all films was investigated. The values obtained from both XRD and SEM showed that the average crystallite size is about between 50 and 60nm. The optical transmittances of all films are studied using spectrophotometer. All the films are highly transparent with average transmission (> 85%) in the visible region. Optical band values were calculated as approximately 3.27 eV and it was observed no significant effect on the band gap depending on the N doping. Also, the optical constants of these films were determined.
