| The definition of justice in the dictionary of the Turkish Language Institution; It is in the form of ensuring that the rights owned by the law are used by everyone. It is seen that the concept we call justice here functions as a mechanism that realizes the distribution of rights and determines the principles and measures of distribution. The concept of social justice is; The standard of living, income level, etc. in different parts of the society. It is defined as the state of balance achieved in the social field by taking certain measures into account within the framework of equality of opportunity. Therefore, while the discussion of justice is passive, abstract and singular on its own, the concept of social justice is plural, active and concrete in terms of addressing the general balance of the society. Throughout history, people have always existed in a society/community. The coexistence of people enabled them to interact with each other and thus to form some common values. This has led to the emergence of each society’s unique understanding of life and lifestyle over time. The society, which has been shaped within specific stereotypes and judgments, has had to transfer its cultural system from generation to generation in order to survive. This has been achieved by individuals conforming to the forms and procedures accepted and approved of organized community life. Every society has produced its own value judgments over time.
