Özet
Harpacticoid copepods were studied monthly on soft bottom substrates of the Sinop Peninsula coast of Turkey (Black Sea) from August 2009 to July 2010. Copepod samples were collected by using a tube sediment corer with a mouth area of 12.56 cm2 from 8 stations from 3 and 10 m. Some physico-chemical parameters of seawater and sediment were measured at each station. Univariate and multivariate analysis of harpacticoid copepod community structure were conducted using the PRIMER 5 software package (Clarke and Warwick, 2001). The significance of differences in community structure across the sations was assessed using a series of one way analysis of similarities (ANOSIM). A total of 2834 harpacticoid copepod specimens belonging to 21 families were examined. The mean abundance in different months was highest in Jun. 2010 (42984 ind./m2) and was lowest in Feb. 2010 (6368 ind./m2), whereas …
