| Özet |
| Modern development theories have not shown successful results over time. This situation has led Turkey's orientation towards new approaches. Nowadays, these approaches are turn to local based bottom-up regional development from top-down centralist development within the framework of regional development. In this process, which is called new regionalism approach, it is aimed to ensure socio-economic development by featuring the divers of locality. In this study, this transformation were analyzed by Turkey’s development process in example of Sinop province. |
