| Özet |
| The amphipod Corophium volutator (Pallas) was evaluated as test organisms for use in sediment toxicity tests. The results of an inter-laboratory comparison of a 28-days sediment bioassay on sediment contaminated with a pesticide (permethrin) showed that Corophium survival decreased with increasing permethrin concentration in the sediment. In the present study the 28-day LC50 was 67ng g-1 ranging from 55 to 82ng g-1. Problems with using individual dry weigth as a sub-lethal endpoint were highlighted. |
