| Özet |
| Cultural routes are important attractions in terms of recreation and tourism activities. In the long run, the preservation and sustainability of these routes are crucial for increasing the economic benefits for the local economy and, consequently, for increasing the well-being of the residents and visitors. The Phrygian Way is a cultural route established by Phrygia, one of the ancient civilizations of Asia Minor, and it hosts abundant historical attractions and natural beauty. The Phrygian Way is mostly ignored by public institutions, and various activities are handled by individual efforts and initiatives. Therefore, the paper aims to examine the efforts to sustain the Phrygian Way. To achieve the study purposes, a case study approach was employed, and unstructured interviews were conducted.
