Özet
Today one of the major environmental problems is internal combustion engine exhaust emission gases on the world. Due to these harmful effects of emissions such as carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) some associations take a number of decisions about strictly restricted of releasing these gases such as Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards. In this experimental study, in order to decrease of emission gases, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fuel was partially used in 3.6 L pilot injection non-modified diesel engine. And then CNG fuel has enriched with Hydrogen (H) and/or Hydroxy (HHO) gases to tolerate disadvantages of CNG fuel about performance and emissions. In this paper, it is also given comparison of usage CNG, HCNG and HHOCNG relatively to neat diesel performance and emissions values. HHOCNG fuel has the best overall mean values about performance parameters, Brake Torque and Brake Power values are increased% 8.42 and% 16.9, respectively. Meanwhile BSFC value is decreased% 15.72. On the other hand, alternative gaseous fuels have playing an important role on reducing the exhaust emission gases output parameters. Maximum reduction of CO2 and NOx emissions are obtained with CNG as% 41.31 and% 47.16, respectively. However, CO values increased relatively to neat diesel.
